This is a ruby red, full bodied wine that has a succulent, youthful plum and minty flavour on the palate. This wine is aged in 300 litres French oak barrels for 18 months and displays an aroma of clove, cinnamon, chocolate, ripe fruit and is balanced with soft silky tannins and sweet spice, leading to a complex and long lasting finish. This wine is an ideal gift for special occasions and has great potential to develop for at least 10 years.
